Jeff Tokarz is a charcoal artist whose work blends impressionist realism with heartfelt storytelling. He specializes in portraiture, pet portraits, and landscapes, with a particular passion for capturing the spirit and personality of beloved dogs.

A self-taught artist, Tokarz began creating commissioned work in 2020. Using charcoal as his primary medium, he brings depth, warmth, and emotional connection to each piece—qualities that resonate strongly with pet owners who see their animals as family. His pet portraits are designed not just to capture likeness, but to preserve the unique bond between people and their companions.

Inspired by narrative masters such as Carl Bloch, Norman Rockwell, and John Singer Sargent, Tokarz approaches every commission as a collaboration.
