Join us Saturday, May 2 from 2–4pm as Railroad Street Artworks celebrates our May Featured Artist, Tim Winter — a modern impressionist painter from Pittsford whose oil landscapes and figurative works capture light the way memory does: impressionistic, atmospheric, and completely alive.
Working alla prima (wet-into-wet, completed in a single session), Tim translates the raw energy of a scene directly onto the canvas — harbor views, street scenes, and figurative work that pulls you in and holds you there.
A Signature Member of the Rochester Art Club and member of the Greater Rochester Plein Air Painters, Tim’s work has been juried into local, national, and international exhibitions. His recent honors include Best of Show at the Rochester Art Club and a Top 20 distinction in the Modern Impressionist Salon.
