One Canvas. One Medium. Fifteen Minutes. Then Everything Changes.
Join us for a Third Thursday like no other — It’s a Paint Around!
Six Railroad Street artists will each start at a canvas with a different medium — oil, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, colored pencil, ink — whatever’s waiting at that easel. For fifteen minutes, they paint. Then the timer sounds, everyone rotates, and suddenly they’re staring at someone else’s canvas with a medium they may never have used before.
No comfort zones. No guarantees. Just six artists figuring it out in real time, adding their mark to whatever came before them, and moving on when the timer says so.
By the end of the night, each canvas will have passed through every artist’s hands — shaped by six different perspectives, six different approaches, and more than a few happy surprises along the way. The paintings may turn out beautifully. They may turn out wildly unexpected. Honestly, that’s not the point.
Pull up a seat, grab a glass of wine, and watch it all unfold. This is one of those evenings that’s as much fun to watch as it is to be part of.
