Neurographic Art | Mindfulness & Meditation class
May 15 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Instructor: Amy Miller (amy_desu@yahoo.com)
Skill Level: Beginner
Cost: $39
Date: Friday, May 15, from 10am–12:00 pm
Key Aspects of Neurographic Art & Meditation:
- Process over Product: The focus is on the meditative act of drawing rather than the final, abstract outcome.
- Mindfulness & Calm: It helps quiet the mind, release anxiety, and turn stress into calm through, rhythmic, repetitive motions.
- Brain Connection: The method is designed to tap into the subconscious, transforming limiting beliefs and promoting neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to change.
- Technique: Participants draw intuitive lines (Line of Intent) that mimic natural, non-repeating neural networks, then “round” (smooth) the corners where lines intersect to create a sense of harmony.
Students in a Neurographic Art Meditation class learn a blend of creative techniques, mindfulness, and emotional processing. It’s less about “making good art” and more about using drawing as a tool for calming the mind and exploring inner thoughts.
