A Members’ Only Exhibition
64 Square Inches
On view November 5 – December 27
This is an open show — no theme, no jury. Bring your vision to 64 Square Inches and see what happens.
Railroad Street Artworks invites all member artists to participate in 64 Square Inches, a member-exclusive small works exhibition. Every participating artist is guaranteed wall space, and all work will be offered for sale at accessible prices — making this show a perfect destination for holiday gift-giving.
The concept is simple: one surface, 64 square inches, and whatever you want to create.
Working small is its own kind of creative challenge. A limited canvas asks you to distill — to find the essential gesture, color, or moment and commit to it without the room to hedge. What would you make if you had exactly 8 inches by 8 inches and nothing more? A landscape compressed to its horizon line. A still life reduced to one perfect object. An abstraction that fills every corner with intention. A gift someone will hang on their wall for years.

All canvases will come with a pre-attached sawtooth hanger and will not need to be wired for this exhibit.

Railroad Street Artworks will attach a sawtooth hanger to the back to match the same position.
How to Participate
Pre-registration is required. Before dropping off your work, complete the online registration form or email the information to Nancy at nancy@nancymurty.com. Railroad Street Artworks will generate all wall labels for this exhibit. You may fill out the form multiple times for different artworks.
A Note on Wall Management
The exhibition wall will be arranged and managed exclusively by the Special Events Committee throughout the run of the show. This ensures a cohesive, professional presentation from opening day through closing.
Every participating artist will have artwork on the wall. Additional submitted artworks will be held in reserve and rotated in as works sell — keeping the display full and looking its best. Artists are welcome to bring additional artworks in after the October deadline if sales are strong and space allows.
